In Singapore,we share IPs.

The reason why sometimes a person can't vote after 12 hours is because a person who has the same IP as you had voted during the past 12 hours.

It's a burden,but you will live through it.

Note to other countries:
Wouldn't it be cool if you could rent a whole internet cafe and use it to vote for your character?:D

Infact in Singapore,if one person in your entire block votes,you can't vote.

Just use the 3g to vote. Iphone3g for the example.
It is wireless. So, you can vote for you mule char too.
